My wife and I had a big room at Design Apartments 1 with three separate beds, which we were able to connect to sleep together. Despite the -5°C temperature outside and the open window, the two heaters in the room eventually made it warm enough. The kitchen was well-equipped, although we didn't use it, and the bathroom was clean with a washing machine inside.

The lack of curtains in both the bedroom and living room was a major inconvenience, as it let in a lot of daylight and made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the check-out process was unpleasant, as the staff member was rude and tried to rush us out, even though we were packing our bags to leave.

Recommend, nothing to complain about. Marvellous and magnificent location not far from city centre, everything perfectly fine. Location close to metro. For dinner go to Restaurant Lagos, situated near the apartment: D

came in dortmund to explore new places, this apartment was nice place for making it happen. it was located in a good area close to metro. the bed was comfy, tv set, a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment were useful.

We also appreciated the convenience of having a nearby Lidl and various food options for quick meals. despite a few minor drawbacks, our stay at Design Apartments 1 was enjoyable and satisfactory.

The facilities were cheap and cheerful, with adequate amenities including a clean bathroom with hot running water. The location was excellent, close to the police station and the lively area of Bazar and the square. There were various food options nearby, such as kebab and grill takeaways.

Felt welcomed, no reason to complain.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has helpful staff and great amenities like Wi-Fi, car park, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. They even helped me find my lost wallet once. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Amazing Location

The location of this apartment was simply fantastic! I felt like I was in the heart of the city, with all the popular points of interest just a stone's throw away. It was like being in the middle of a cultural playground, surrounded by museums and landmarks. I didn't have to travel far to immerse myself in the vibrant history and art scene of Dortmund. It was a true delight to explore this amazing city from such a convenient base.
